Free trial: Premium may include a 3-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription and you are charged the applicable price.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
Merchant of Record: Our payments and subscriptions are handled by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record and reseller for all purchases. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms, and your payment details are processed by Paddle — we do not store your card information.

3. Refunds & cancellation

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

copy, resell, or redistribute the Service or its learning content;

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yuzunihon is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
